We are calling this our month of nurture and care — with the season dictating that we nurture our plants back to life after their winter hibernations, celebrations of mothers and significant caring people in our lives, it seems only fitting that we focus on those characteristics.

Welcome, April! And, welcome to the early months of spring. As winter stops and starts and stops and starts — spring peeks at us from around the corner, and we can see the hope that this new season brings. So, we are calling April our month of hope.

As we enter this third month of 2023 — this continuation of the colder winter months — many of us can use reminders to stay focused on the purpose we have set for ourselves in this year or this season. We spend the beginning of the year setting these intentions and goals for the new year, but when spring still feel far off, it can be easy to lose sight of our original intentions.

With Valentine’s Day right in the middle of the month, this is classically seen as a time to honor love. And, we are going to fall right into that. From our perspective, there is never a bad time to show and express the love we have for one another, our blessings, our spaces, and so much more.

January 2023 is our month for reflection and renewal. Create a daily practice of writing and reflecting to support you through this year.
