Intentions for the New Year

Give yourself the gift of intentionality in 2025.

What do you want out of 2025? What do you need in 2025? How will you accomplish these things?

At this retreat, we will take the time to create a vision and plan for the year.

By gathering together, working in community and independently, you will have the time and space to plot your path for the year. We will write, discuss, collage, and plan in order to define the goals and steps necessary to accomplish them.

It’s simple enough to say that the new year will be filled with new things, but to truly set intentions makes it all more possible.

The Joy of Art: A Creative Retreat

Are you a creative? A writer? A painter? A knitter? A musician? A crafter? No matter your end product, the love of art and creation is powerful. And, don’t short-change yourself! Whether or not you feel comfortable with the title of “artist,” the creative process is a home for all of us — a place for us to build, experiment, play, and be happy.

Our goal for this weekend is to delve into the joy that art can bring to our lives. We are offering times to try different artistic forms, to work on your own, to be in community. We hope you find some offerings that resonate with your work and your joy!

Spend a peaceful weekend in creative community: sparking joy for the creative process with guided projects and time to work on your own creative endeavors.

Writing Retreat

Come give your soul the gift of quiet, as you clear the space needed to hear your own voice.

Award-winning author and former teacher Ann Braden uses a constructivist approach that honors wherever you are in the writing process, whether you're brainstorming, drafting, or revising. She's eager to meet you where you are and help you break what's daunting into smaller, more manageable chunks –– as you work to tell the story only you can tell.

At Hallelujah Farm you’ll have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, from peaceful isolation to group settings that provide energy and accountability, as well as 1-on-1 with Ann. In addition, you'll be fed nine delicious, locally grown, vegetarian meals (with both gluten-free and dairy-free options) and have time to wander the expansive rural grounds.

Whether or not you consider yourself a writer now, you'll be sure to leave the weekend invigorated, fulfilled, and certain that you ARE, in fact, a writer.

WOMEN'S GETAWAY SPIRITUAL RETREAT

Looking for a weekend sojourn in a beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing atmosphere? Look no more! This all-inclusive two-night retreat has been thoughtfully planned out to bring women together away from the fast-paced and stressful everyday life to reconnect you with yourself, your loving heart, and to facilitate healing for your heart and soul. It is a place where you will be able to spend time alone as well as in the company of other like-minded women in a tastefully renovated old farmhouse and the hiking trails on the many acres of the property. Imagine sitting by a warm fire in a very mindful way enjoying conversation while gazing at the stars worry-free for the moment.

You will be served six delicious vegetarian meals prepared by the owners of the property. There will be optional morning and evening guided meditations and an experiential workshop, Awakening Pathways of the Heart. In this workshop, we will discuss self-love, love of others, how to facilitate our healing, forgiveness, grief and loss, and more. There will be opportunities for free time, drumming, sacred dancing, readings, and reiki healing treatments.
