Welcome, February!

With Valentine’s Day right in the middle of the month, this is classically seen as a time to honor love. And, we are going to fall right into that. From our perspective, there is never a bad time to show and express the love we have for one another, our blessings, our spaces, and so much more.

So, let’s take this month to reflect on love. Our set of prompts this month include journaling questions as well as songs, poems, and art that can guide or inspire a daily writing practice.
