Hello, all!

March has made its arrival, and, with that, it feels like we are well and truly into 2021. Our bookings for the end of 2021 and into 2022 are continuing to fill! Some of our offerings come from Halcyon Arts; the first being a workshop called “Strengthening the Spirit” in mid-August. Our hope and optimism continue to grow as more and more people are being vaccinated and a healthier world seems to lie ahead. If you or someone you know is interested in hosting a retreat at Hallelujah Farm, send us an email or check out our website for more information.

We are calling March our month of focus and purpose. As we enter this third month of the year, many of us have let the goals we felt such enthusiasm for in January slip. The season of Lent has also begun, and we can use this time of fasting to support a refocus on our purpose and goals.

We are going to continue our offerings of a weekly virtual meditation session on our Facebook page from 9 to 9:30 am on Saturday mornings. We have begun the process of building a writing community. In February, we shared some art to inspire words, and want to encourage you to make March a month of journaling and reflecting. A daily practice like Julia Cameron’s morning pages can bring so much to one’s writing and thinking.

We have again curated a playlist for the month. Based on our monthly theme, we’ve gathered together this collection in hopes that it inspires focus and purpose as you tune in.

Now, for a taste of Hallelujah Farm. This month we’re sharing a dessert from the New York Times: Chocolate Pudding with Raspberry Cream. A delicious treat!

Before we sign off, we want to leave you with these words for thought: a poem from Marge Piercy.
