We provide linens including bedding, towels, pillows, blankets, and washcloths.

Don’t forget toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairdryer, lotion, deodorant, etc. We recommend items with minimal or no fragrance in consideration of your fellow retreat members.

You may want to bring slippers, especially if it’s cold outside! If you have trouble sleeping, consider a sound machine or ear plugs.
